The
All vehicles are sold via open
auction and live Internet every Wednesday beginning at 12:30. All
vehicles are sold Subject to Approval. All vehicles are sold, “As Is, Where Is, With
No Warranty or
Guarantee”. No one under the age of 18 is
allowed in the yard.
Buyer
Registration and Visitor Policy
Only registered buyers are authorized
to purchase vehicles. We will need your
original New or Used
Car Dealer’s License or
Foreign Export Business License, Tax ID Certificate and Driver’s License.
Registration will expire one year
from the date of registration. Visitors
must remain with Buyer at all
times and are not allowed to bid.
Payment
Vehicles must be paid for by
pre-approved company check, wire transfer, or guaranteed funds, such as
certified check, money order, etc., cash only
up to the amount of $500. In addition,
we accept Visa and
MasterCard (certain transaction fees
may apply). Payment must be received by
the first Friday
following the auction or a $20 per day, per
vehicle penalty will be charged.
Non-payment of vehicles
may result in a restocking fee and/or
loss of buying privileges.
Vehicle
Pick up
All vehicles must be picked up by the
first Friday following the auction or a $40 per day, per vehicle
penalty will be charged. Due to insurance policy restrictions,
vehicles may not be worked on in our facility.
FEE

Additional buyers may be allowed under certain circumstances at a fee

company. Only one Visitor is allowed with each registered buyer. Vehicles must be paid for by
pre-approved company check, or guaranteed funds, such as certified checks, money orders, etc.,
cash only up to the amount of $500. Payment must be received no later than the first Friday
following the auction or a $20 per day, per vehicle late payment penalty will be charged.
Non-payment of vehicles may result in a renege fee and/or loss of buying privileges. All vehicles
must be picked up by the first Friday following the auction or a $40 per day, per vehicle storage
penalty will be charged. All vehicles are sold, “As Is, Where Is, With No Warranty or Guarantee”.
We are not responsible for errors or omissions on the sale sheet.
